Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to exchange the product within 14 days of purchase or provide you a store credit. We do not refund to methods of payment or refund for shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item(s) we will send your replacement item(s), or we will issue you a store credit. Returned item(s) must be received before completing an exchange or receiving store credit. To make a return your item(s) must be [unopened/unused/unworn] with all tags attached.
Custom orders or clearance items cannot be returned.
To send your items back to us:
Item(s) should be securely packaged and in the original box or another acceptable packaging. If product is fragile, breakable or can become damaged in transit, you are responsible for proper packing. SeaChange is not responsible for the return shipping method and payment.
